DOT-METER exterior patio

Description	:	concrete mono-pour with integral color, 364 square feet. 3 traffic symbol shapes are used in a repeated pattern (total of 13 symbols), each shape fits within a 24" square area, determined by an 1/8" saw-cut, and sandblasted into the exterior concrete. Total width of the saw-cut, sandblasted symbols’ progression is 30'. These symbols playfully set up a "metered" pattern that continues through the door to the interior space, where the shapes are translated into tile.
