  French Impressions.   A "painterly" approach to images of France.

  Route 66.   Route 66:  The Road Erroded -- A series that is an idealized, personal view of some of the

                                                              iconic images on the Mother Road.

   Ocean Abstracts.   This series examines the dynamics, motion, and power of the ocean.

  Ventura Buildings.   This series examines the architecture of Ventura, California in an idealized manner.

Cloudscapes.   This series presents images of the many moods of the sky above us.

     The Canal Houses of Venice.  

The Canal Houses of Venice show mankind’s efforts to create an ideal living environment. 

They are idealized, beautiful, and as perfect as they can be, complete with artificial waterways

that must be constantly maintained to prevent ‘nature’ from taking over. 

The IdealEstate Series. This series presents images of

idealized Southern California real estate. Distracting elements (telephone lines,garden hoses, etc.)

are removed from the image, and items on either side of the building are subdued so that the home

stands alone. Finally, the image's color is removed so that the viewer is forced to ignore its decoration

and look at the architecture in a black and white idealized state. 

The Slice of Life Series. This series of photographs

presents iconic images of everyday life.

   Fine Art Photographs. These are digital observations of the
world around us.

Everyday Paparazzi.   This series shows how everyday
people try to avoid the spotlight of attention or the prying eye of the camera.

The Hand-Colored Gallery contains images that begin as archivally processed
black & white photographs which are hand colored using transparent oil paints.
This gallery contains examples of:

Fine Art Prints. These are excerpts from life's travels.
They have an old-fashioned feeling and a bit of nostalgia.

  The Passages Series. This series presents metaphors for
life's experiences that present you with a choice of direction.

  Girls With Pearls. The Pearl's history has long
been rooted in femininity. This series celebrates the pearl and the attitudes of those it adorns.

  Self Defenses. This series of photographs looks at some different non-verbal  definitions

of personal space.

  The New Patriotism. This series gives some modern illustrations

to some classic patriotic phrases, some whimsical, and some pointed.

  Flowers and Figures. These images offer an
appreciation of some of Nature's beauty and classic form.
